Return and Exchange Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal at Factory Rugs. We stand
behind every rug we sell. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed
with our 15-Day Satisfaction Warranty.
If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase
price, whichever you prefer. Please note on returns it can take
up to 72 business hours for a credit applied to a customers account
to appear.
Shipping costs on all returns back to the Factory Rugs warehouse
are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that packages
be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier
that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to call or email
us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for
you and issue credit immediately upon arrival.
Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original
packaging or equivalent and please DO NOT apply tape to the actual
rug(s) or fold the rug(s). Items that have been soiled or damaged
may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not
accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. No refunds
will be given after 15 days. *
Returning a rug is as EASY as 1, 2, 3!
1. Call us toll-free on 1-888-869-7184 or contact us for your Return
Merchant Authorization Numbers, RMA#.
2. Wrap the rug(s) securely in the original packaging or the equivalent.
Be sure to affix the RMA# to the outside of the package.
3. Use the carrier of your choice to return the package(s) to the
address below unless you are instructed otherwise.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines
to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
Our products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt
in new and unworn condition in their original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or
exchange the item within 15 days of receipt as long as the item
is in new and unworn condition inside its original packaging.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for
a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price less any
applicable restocking fees and shipping/handling charges to and
from our facility.
Restocking fees apply to certain items. Restocking fees vary
between 15% - 30%.
Packing & Sending Your Return
After calling to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number and return address information, you will need to prepare
your item for shipment.
Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton. Inside
the box, please include your contact information, the order number
and the reason for the return.
On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate
address that was given to you by the customer service specialist.
Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask
that the item be shipped either UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced
and also make the credit process go much quicker. We are not responsible
for packages that are lost or damaged.
